Thoughtful care.
Clear pricing.

Choosing someone to handle your estate is personal. We take time to understand what matters to you, explain your options, and agree on a clear plan before work begins.

Estate sales & liquidation

Standard estate sale

40%

Ordinary household estate; normal sorting, access and staging.

Select high-value estate

35%

By assessment

Expected sales of $25,000+ with manageable preparation. Eligibility assessed before contracting.

Extensive preparation

45%

By assessment

Dense contents or substantial sale preparation; scope defined before work begins.

Minimum company fee: $2,500 per estate sale

The company receives the greater of the agreed commission or $2,500, not both. Approved optional services are additional. If proceeds do not cover the minimum and approved costs, the client owes the difference.

Pricing may vary

Pricing may vary based on estate value, volume and condition of contents, preparation time, property access, location, and services selected. Listed rates are a guide; the final commission, minimum fee, optional charges and approved third-party costs will be confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Any change in scope or price requires written approval.

Included in your estate-sale fee

Initial consultation, ordinary sorting and staging, pricing research, sale photography, standard advertising and signage, sale staff, checkout, ordinary card processing, and an itemized settlement. Sale duration and preparation scope are set in the proposal.

How the fee is calculated

The agreed percentage applies to collected item sales after refunds, excluding sales tax. One rate is agreed before work starts and applies to the whole sale. Specialty assets or partner auctions receive separate written terms.

A simple example

$10,000 in item sales at 40% = $4,000 company fee and $6,000 to the client before approved optional costs.
